Vitality Aesthetics is a discreet, boutique medspa, first to market in the Sykesville/Eldersburg area and is currently experiencing a rapid growth phase.  Our founder is intimately involved in the business and treats both our patients of all ages, genders, and ethnicities, and team members as family.  She believes that she is the support structure to enable her team to thrive and to offer proven aesthetic treatments, wellness therapies, and medical grade skin and lash care that our patients want and deserve.


Our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner is a demonstrated leader providing treatments to our patients as well as clinical oversight for our aesthetic providers. The ideal candidate will initiate patient treatment plans per protocol and act as a clinical support for our aesthetic providers.


–          Consult with patients with a desire to enhance their appearance

–          Listen to patients’ concerns with empathy and candidly explain what is possible with treatments offered including pre and post care and what to expect and confirm patients’ understanding

–          Review patients’ medical history, conduct skin assessments, and ensure patients are candidates for treatments/procedures

–          Advise on a comprehensive plan of aesthetic care and recommend where to start

–          Provide treatment for the area of concern or issue via a combination of treatments/procedures, medications, and products using established medical protocols – treatments/procedures include but may not be limited to injecting neurotoxin, dermal fillers, Kybella for submental fullness, Qwo for cellulite, Platelet Rich Plasma [PRP] for hair restoration, or hyaluronidase to dissolve filler, medical microneedling with or without PRP, plasma pen skin tightening, or chemical peels

–          Take preventative measures to circumvent vasovagal syncope among other adverse events

–          Care for patients’ post-treatment/procedure

–          Advise on viability of new, innovative treatments/procedures to accommodate patients’ needs

–          Make deep connections with patients – we differentiate ourselves by the time and quality of care we invest in each patient

–          Support new aesthetic provider training and serve as a mentor

–          Collaborates with and empowers clinical staff for individual growth


Education and Experience

–          Current and valid NP/PA licensure for the State of Maryland

–          2 or more years of hands-on experience in a Medspa, Plastic Surgery or Dermatology practice is required

–          Experience with Botox and Filler injections is required

–          Excellent oral and written communication skills

–          Adept at developing rapport with men and women of all ages and ethnicities

–          Collaboratively works with all team members to achieve our shared mission and long-term goals

–          A positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm

–          Proven sales experience, reaching or exceeding goals

–          Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

–          Recovery nurse experience is a plus

–          Able to garner trust of patients and team members through authenticity, integrity, and candor

–          Extremely patient-centric, polite, and accommodating

–          Demonstrates good judgement and escalates when appropriate

–          Capable of optimizing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

–          Experience with Electronic Medical Record software and mobile applications

–          Provide before and after photos for marketing team to use in email, social, and other forms of marketing —marketing neither excludes nor is limited to blogs, video, photo blogging, audio

–          Patient care team is responsible for patient engagement and outreach and is not the responsibility of the Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
