To create a job posting that will catch a provider’s attention, TITAN suggests that you review the following resources to ensure that your posting presents you and your opportunity in the best way possible.

1. Is Your Job Description Complete and Accurate?

The best job descriptions will include credentials required, skills needed, responsibilities, days/hours to be worked and who the position will report to in the clinic
It is also helpful to not only provide a compensation range but also explain how any bonus or commission will be calculated and paid
Describe social media policies or requirements

2. Have you provided applicants with background information on your practice?

Include the link to your practice website
Provide a brief overview of your brand and culture
Describe the size of the practice and the primary area in which the applicant will be working in your practice

3. Since there is a severe shortage of trained aesthetic providers, will you consider hiring a naïve injector?
